Loc Consultation

A loc consultation is the very first step before starting your loc journey. It’s a one-on-one conversation between you and I to make sure you understand the process, determine if you're a good candidate for locs, and choose the right type of locs for their lifestyle and goals. Understanding your loc goals such as size and different methods to start with (comb coils, two-strand twists, interlocking, microlocs, sisterlocks, instant locs, etc.). Go over maintenance needs and methods —retwist, retie, or interloc. Also, how often your maintenance is needed and the cost of the starter locs ,install, and maintenance.

Microloc Install

$100.00 deposit required

YOU MUST BOOK A LOC CONSULTATION 1ST. At your loc consultation, you will be given your appointment date and the microloc installation price. When a date is decided, there is a deposit of $100 due at that to secure your date.

Starter Locs

Traditional locs can be started with different methods such as comb coils or double strands twists... 4 to 6 inches short, 7 to 10 is medium length, and 10 inches or more is long.

Microloc Retie

A microloc retie is the process of maintaining and tightening the new growth at the base of your locs to keep them neat, healthy, and secure. As your natural hair grows, the new growth is carefully woven back into the locs to preserve their size, pattern, and structure. Regular reties (typically every 6-8 weeks depending on your hair growth) help prevent slippage, matting, or breakage while keeping your locs looking fresh and uniform. Each retie includes 2 hours 30 minutes. Each additional hour will be extra.

Microloc Retie/extra hour

The extra hour is for clients who's past due on their retie, causing the retie process to take longer. If your hair is really thick and you're past due, please book 2 additional hours.

Microloc Retie/extra 30mins.

30-minute retie can be used for adding an extra 30 minutes to a retie or to get a retie around your hair line.

Sisterloc Retie

Loc Maintenance/traditional

Palm roll or comb twist the new growth, then loc Smith down the loc to tame any loose or fly away hair. Maintance should be done every 4 to 5 weeks.

Interloc Maintenance

Using a loc tool to interloc the new growth every 6 to 8 weeks.

Loc Styles

The Loc style category has several choices to choose from. Select what's close to what you want. Rods, ropetwist, pipe cleaner, and loc bobs are not considered simple loc styles. If you're unsure of what to pick, text me for assistance with booking.

Loc Detox

A deep cleansing treatment designed to remove buildup, residue, and impurities from your locs and scalp. This service uses a gentle detox soak to break down product buildup, dirt, and excess oils that regular washing may leave behind.

Color Consultation

A CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS. The consultation is an informative conversation about the color a client wants. I will look at the health of your hair before I agree to color it. Then I will explain what it will take to achieve the color and we will talk about the price.

Color

ALL NEW COLOR CLIENTS MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE I COLOR YOUR HAIR. You can choose from a color retouch, all over color, pre lightening before fun/fashion color, highlights or lowlights.

Pre-lighten/ Bleach

Bleaching your roots(new growth) or bleaching your hair or locs from your roots to your ends.

Highlights/ Lowlights

All techniques of highlights and lowlights such as hair paint, balayage, weaving, and slicing .

Color Correction

Please book a color consultation before a color correction appointment.

Haircuts

Whether you're getting a trim, big chop, cutting your locs a little, or cutting your locs off, i have any options you want.

Natural Hair/Loose Natural

Styling your loose natural hair with so many styles to choose from. Like twists, braids,braided updo, flat twist updo, twistout, braidouts, and more.

Crochet

Pick between loose hair crochet, braided, or twists crochet. Your crochet braid pattern will be determined once I know how you want your style to look.

Twists With Hair Added

Twist with hair added that can be done short or long. Kinky Twists are the smaller twists. Havana twists are the bigger twist.

Deep Conditioner/steam treatment

Knotless Braids

Feed-in pieces of hair to start off the knotless braid. Your knotless braids can be the regular knotless or add wavy pieces to have boho knotless braids. The choice is yours.
